Stephen M. Settle, M.D., is originally from Wellington, Texas. He received his medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas. Dr. Settle completed his General Surgery internship and residency at St. Paul Medical Center in Dallas. He completed his Vascular Surgery residency at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. He has practiced Vascular Surgery in Austin since 1992.
He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a Diplomate of the American Board of Surgery. Dr. Settle also holds a certificate of Special Qualifications in Vascular Surgery.
Dr. Settle specializes in all areas of Endovascular and Vascular Surgery.
He is a member of the American Medical Association, Texas Medical Association, Travis County Medical Society, Surgical Society of Austin, Texas Transplant Society, Society for Vascular Surgeons, and the Texas Surgical Society. Dr. Settle has authored various articles and publications in his specialty.
