Jason E. Felger, M.D. is an Austin native. He graduated from The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, where he went on to complete his General Surgery residency. He then completed his fellowship in Cardiothoracic Surgery at The University of Florida. He extended his training in Minimally Invasive and Robotic Cardiac Surgery at The Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University.
Dr. Felger is board certified by The American College of Surgeons and The American Board of Thoracic Surgeons. He specializes in Adult Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery with an interest in minimally invasive and robotic approaches.
He is an active member of the Texas Medical Association, American Medical Association, Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society, J. Bradley Aust Society, and a Member of the American College of Surgeons.
