Usually, our surgeons see patients on an appointment basis; however, when necessary, they will see a patient anytime, day or night. If you are experiencing problems, please call this office. We will arrange for you to see your surgeon or another physician in our group as soon as possible. Our office hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. If you are an established patient, you may email your appointment request to doc@ctvstexas.com.

You can spend less time on paperwork before your first appointment by completing the Patient Registration Forms ahead of time. Just print and complete forms and bring them with you to your appointment.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. Our surgeons make every effort to keep their appointments on schedule. Emergencies do arise, however, and sometimes delay is unavoidable. When this happens, we do all we can to minimize the inconvenience.

Patients who call with non-emergency medical needs are connected with our triage nurse, who will ensure that all patient concerns get a timely response. If you get her voice mail, please leave a detailed message, and she will return your call as soon as possible.
